Jess is the Director of Display, Social and Content Marketing for She leads “demand generation” for the business, including new customer prospecting and existing customer engagement through Display, Social and Native channels. Before joining Wayfair, she worked at an advertising and data products company in New York City – Intent Media. And prior to that, she was in the Tech, Media and Telecom practice in McKinsey’s New York office. Jess holds an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago, a B.A. from University of Pennsylvania, and lives in Boston’s South End with her husband, Mike, and cat, Raoul.
