New Dates Announced: October 13-15, 2020

We at eTail Boston have been working around the clock over the last few weeks to ensure we are putting your best interests above all others, especially in light of the ongoing COVID-19 outbreak.

After careful consideration, we are postponing the eTail Boston conference, originally scheduled for August 11-13, 2020 in Boston, MA.

The health, safety and well-being of our attendees, sponsors, speakers, and employees is paramount, and this is the only action that is within our power in order to make sure you remain healthy and safe during these uncertain times. Rescheduling this event will allow us to deliver the eTail Boston experience that you are accustomed to, in a safe environment.

We recognize that you likely have several questions, the first being, “When are the new dates?”

eTail Boston will be at the same venue, the Sheraton Boston from October 13-15, 2020.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We recognize all of the incredibly hard work our speakers, advisers and sponsors have already put in to the program and we appreciate your continued support and willingness to work with us as we navigate this unexpected challenge. If there is one thing the retail industry knows, it's how to adapt to difficult circumstances, and we have been humbled by the support that we have already received.

In order to make this process as painless as we can, we will automatically move your registration, speaking spot or sponsorship to the new dates. As the program will remain intact, all terms of your original sponsorship contract, including any deliverable you were to receive, will still be applicable.

Please Note: all existing guestroom reservations have been cancelled.

If you have any questions, email us at wbrcs@wbresearch.com, see our postponement and cancellation policy page, or feel free to reach out to myself or your relationship manager personally.

We wish you continued good health and look forward to seeing you soon!

Best,
Lori Hawthorne
