Gwen has worked in the retail industry since graduating from Purdue University.  She started as a store area manager, then moved to merchandise buying, and then on to advertising and marketing.  She launched her first website in 2000 and since has launched four new websites, consistently achieving year over year sales growth.  In her current role at Destination Maternity she leads the marketing and ecommerce teams and is an integral member of the executive leadership team. She is a true omni-channel leader always focused on the customer and her changing shopping habits.
