Ryan leads the US E-Retail Strategy for Moët Hennessy, part of the LVMH group, a world leader in premium wines and spirits. Moët & Chandon, Dom Pérignon, Veuve Clicquot, Hennessy and Cloudy Bay are just some of the world-renowned wines and spirits brands that have become synonymous with the most prestigious origins and terroirs.
Ryan collaborates closely with Brand teams, Sales Regions, Global teams and key functions to lead and shape the direction and approach to the fast-growing but complex alcohol e-commerce landscape in the US.
Ryan has a varied background of over ten years in Sales & Marketing within the CPG and Luxury goods sectors. In 2009 he joined L’Oreal in the UK, gaining experience in sales and marketing roles in L’Oreal’s Consumer and Luxury Product Divisions. In 2014, Ryan entered the world of Luxury Wines & Spirits when he joined Moët Hennessy UK, leading the commercial development and strategy for several Retailers across the entire Moët Hennessy portfolio. In 2017, Ryan transferred to Moët Hennessy USA, where he is now E-Retail Director.
