Ajay Kapoor is the Vice President of Global Marketing, Digital, DTC, CX, and CR at Helen of Troy (PUR, OXO, Hydro Flask, Vicks, Braun, Honeywell, Hot Tools, etc.), focused on bringing consumer-centric strategies to life omnichannel and bringing a broader digital transformation across the organization.
He was recently the Global Vice President / General Manager of Digital Transformation + Strategy at SharkNinja (Shark Vacuums and Ninja Kitchen Appliances), leading transformation of Sales, Marketing, and Product capabilities into the omnichannel world. Responsibility included: all Digital Marketing, omni-channel media (awareness, performance, and trade), total eCommerce (DTC, R.com, AMZN, Pureplays), and IoT capabilities.
Previously, he functioned as a corporate innovator + changemaker at Procter & Gamble, leading reinventing brand specific digital strategies, driving forward Big Data capabilities, and broadly focused on being an interpreneur within the larger organization.
His first half of his career was a serial entrepreneur, cofounding three companies across a variety of verticals, from cleantech, mobility, eCommerce, and biotech. He is motivated by big picture impact and social betterment for the globe, with all three of his startups embodying that social mission.
