Angela is the director of site merchandising and email at Eddie Bauer where she oversees the customer journey from email open to checkout on site. She is currently leading personalization initiatives across site and email to create a cohesive personalized experience for Eddie Bauer customers. Angela has spent the last 15 years in the ecommerce space focusing on site merchandising, email, and digital marketing. Prior to Eddie Bauer, Angela led site merchandising at REI and held roles at Baden Sports and Amazon.
