Bryan Harpine

Director, Marketing Church & Dwight

Bryan has a proven track record in the CPG industry creating remarkable and sustainable growth on America’s iconic Brands such as Lipton, Sunkist, ARM & HAMMER, and OxiClean, working in senior marketing positions in two admired marketing companies, Unilever and Church & Dwight Co., Inc.

In 2007 he helped create and shape the Global New Product Innovation Team at Church & Dwight Co., Inc., a fortune 500 Consumer Packaged Goods company that has delivered over 17% of compounded annual shareholder return for the past 20 years. A major contribution to this growth was the creation of an innovation strategy and process that resulted in winning several coveted industry awards; PDMA’s Corporate Innovation Award, Nielsen’s Breakthrough Innovation Award, IRI’s New Product Pacesetters, and the Edison Award.

Prior to 2007 he built the Arm & Hammer Home Care Division using his passion for thinking big and beyond the obvious, bringing fresh ideas to established franchises. He invented the famous Arm & Hammer Flo-thru Freshener which revolutionized the way millions of consumers keep their foods fresh in the refrigerator. He took the Arm & Hammer pet franchise from $30 million to over $500 million and helped kick start the growth of Arm & Hammer Laundry Detergent, which is now a $1 Billion brand.

While at Unilever Bryan launched the Sunkist Orange Juice franchise and Fun Fruits Brand as well as executed the extraordinary Lipton “Sun Tea” campaign, utilizing key influencers and changing the way consumers, especially in the South, brew tea throughout the summer months.

Bryan has also used his talents to serve not-for-profit organizations in giving back and improving the lives of underserved populations. An example is Water Mission, an organization whose goal is bringing pure water with new Solar-Powered Water Systems to 10 million people in areas of the world without reliable daily water sources.
