Carolyn Altomare

Carolyn Altomare is Senior Vice President of Digital Media Sales at RRD, leading a national organization focused on digital media, data, and marketing technology solutions. Over more than two decades in digital advertising, she has helped build and scale RRD’s digital business, guiding its transformation from emerging technology to a fully integrated marketing solutions platform.

A transformational sales leader, Carolyn specializes in building high-performing teams, launching new market offerings, and driving growth through innovation and cross-functional collaboration. She has held senior leadership roles spanning emerging technology, programmatic, agency, enterprise, and channel growth.

Carolyn began her career at AOL working with healthcare advertisers and agencies on large-scale digital media programs. She earned her BBA in Marketing from Fordham University and lives in the Buffalo area with her husband and three daughters.
