She brings a distinctive blend of scientific rigor, analytics expertise, and product leadership to drive measurable business outcomes through continuous optimization. Prior to Chico's FAS, Cassie led digital innovation initiatives at Walgreens and Peapod Digital Labs (supporting brands including Food Lion, Stop & Shop, Giant, and Hannaford), where she helped build data-driven capabilities to accelerate test-and-learn cultures and improve customer engagement. In her current role, Cassie is driving a culture of continuous experimentation—leveraging test-and-control frameworks, real-time analytics, and scalable optimization strategies to better understand customer behavior, quantify true incremental impact, and deliver personalized, high-performing experiences across channels.
