Celeste is a Co-Founder of Caire Beauty, a new skincare brand focused on a long-stigmatized aging arena: female biology and menopause. Before creating Caire's Skincare for Grown-Ups, she led a boutique consulting company specializing in brand identity & name ideation and go to market strategy working with nameplate brands such as Pernod-Ricard, Ugg, Hello Kitty, Calvin Klein, Balenciaga and Kopari.

Celeste has been featured in the media as a consumer trends futurist expert and gave a Tedx talk about how and why sustainable flavor & fragrance specialty chemicals are part of the future of things.
