With 20+ years as a global tech executive, he specializes in digital transformation, building high performing teams and launching industry-leading Digital (Payments & Loyalty) products. A passionate advocate for rapid experimentation and continuous, incremental improvement, Chinmay believes these are the true catalysts for business innovation and exceeding customer expectations. He is known for his hands-on approach to solving complex business challenges with fit-for-purpose technology, and for his proactive contributions to the Retail community as both a thought leader and a people leader. Chinmay holds an MBA from UMass Amherst, and often uncovers great ideas while running, exploring museums, or drawing caricatures with his lively young boys.
