Christi O’Dell Obenshain joined Walmart US in June 2015, to focus on customer experience and execution. To accomplish this goal, Christi explores ways new and emerging technology can improve customer service and help Associates perform their jobs more efficiently.
She is passionately committed to driving customer service and associate engagement through fun, teaching interactions.
Christi graduated from the University of Arkansas with a degree in Business Administration. Over the course of her career, Christi has worked in a variety of retail marketing and operations.
