Christina (Nina) Monkman is a dynamic, data-driven, and customer-obsessed digital leader with over 15 years of experience in retail, ecommerce, and marketing. As the Head of Ecommerce at IKEA US, Nina works closely with the country team and global partners to enhance the digital experience, increase online conversion performance and drive market growth. Nina began her IKEA journey in Product Management as part of the US Digital Hub, leading product teams in the development of digital shopping solutions tailored to US customer expectations. Before joining IKEA, Nina led the GK All Star Cheer brand of Elite Sportswear, L.P., where she managed the commercial functions, established division strategies, and implemented digital workflow improvements that resulted in increased performance and productivity. She also served as the Director of Marketing at David’s Bridal where she was responsible for the integrated marketing strategy and execution.
