Christine Ciccone is Senior Director of Digital Marketing & Customer Experience at Brother International, where she champions a data-driven, customer-first approach to DTC and retail growth. She leads a cross-functional team spanning Voice of Customer, SEO, UI/UX, Paid Media, Storefront Operations, and Retail Channel Marketing — including key partners like Amazon, Walmart, and Best Buy — and is currently spearheading a Salesforce Commerce Cloud replatform and customer experience transformation designed to increase DTC revenue 5x by 2030. With 20+ years of digital leadership across American Express, Verizon, Wyndham, PayPal, and Novartis, she has built a career turning data into measurable outcomes across Travel, FinTech, Telecom, and Healthcare. A Cornell alum and Guest Lecturer at Rutgers Business School, Christine is passionate about AI-driven leadership, test-and-learn culture, and developing the next generation of digital leaders. Outside of work, Christine is a passionate community volunteer — serving as a Coach for Girls on the Run and dedicating her time as a Seeing Eye puppy raiser.
