Courtney Graybill is the Vice President of Marketing Content, Personalization, Operations, and Capabilities for Kohl’s, an omnichannel retailer with more than 1,100 stores in 49 states. She is responsible for delivering connected, rewarding customer experiences through data-driven, customer-centric strategies. She also leads marketing capabilities and operational excellence, driving efficiencies and transformational impact at scale.
Graybill is a strategic and empowering business leader who serves as a catalyst for innovation and change by sparking cross-functional collaboration and cultivating a culture of solution-oriented growth. She has over 20 years of experience across digital, marketing, customer experience, strategy, technology, operations, supply chain, and change management.
Previously, she served as Vice President of Customer Experience and Product Management at David’s Bridal. In that role she launched various high-profile digital initiatives including a clienteling app for stores associates, website replatform and redesign and integrated mobile and messaging experiences- all with a sharp focus on enhancing omni-channel customer value.
Earlier in her career, she was a Strategy Consultant with Booz & Co, where she led large-scale transformations in DTC marketing, channel strategy, and operational efficiency. She also spent eight years in manufacturing and supply chain leadership roles at Merck & Co., managing new product launches and global technology transfers.
Graybill currently serves on the Advisory Boards for Women in Retail Leadership and for eTail. Graybill earned an MBA in Entrepreneurial Management from The Wharton School and an undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering from Virginia Tech.
