Dave joined Retention.com in June 2022 as the company’s 7th full-time hire and has been a key driver of its sales growth ever since. Currently, as Head of Agency Sales, he brings a blend of energy, strategic thinking, and deep passion for the DTC space, focused on solving real challenges for high-growth brands. Outside the office, you’ll find Dave cruising in his 1981 Jeep CJ7 with his wife, Liz, tending to his prized Jersey tomatoes, or perfecting nectar recipes for his backyard hummingbirds.

A lifelong animal lover who once dreamed of becoming a vet, Dave would jump at the chance to dine with legendary coach John Wooden, ideally with 80s hair band music playing in the background.
