With leadership experience spanning Best Buy, Target, Eurofins Scientific, and the U.S. Army, Dwight brings a systems-driven approach to strategy, execution, and team development. A former Army Engineer Officer with deployments to Iraq, Afghanistan, and East Africa, he is passionate about accountability, ownership, and delivering outcomes that matter. Dwight holds degrees from Arizona State University, MIT, and UNC Chapel Hill, and serves on boards focused on education and leadership development.
