Heather Bennett

President & EVP, Marketing, eCommerce and Innovation Michaels Companies

Heather is responsible for Michaels' innovation and growth strategy. She also oversees Marketing and eCommerce, leading the efforts to build customer loyalty, strengthen brand equity, and drive digital transformation. Heather joined Michaels from Bugaboo, where she served as President. Prior to this, she served as the Principal at HB Consulting, the SVP of Business Planning at Hudson’s Bay Company and VP of Strategy at Toys“R”Us. She holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from University of Utah. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Utah State University.
