Jamie Inghram is Head of Solutions at Bolt where he spearheads client-centric innovation. In this role, he focuses on empowering merchants to enhance conversion rates, seamlessly integrate shopper identity within their platforms, and implement cutting-edge passwordless solutions. With a strategic mindset, deep background of technical expertise and leadership, and a keen understanding of market dynamics, Mr. Inghram drives impactful strategies that elevate merchant-customer interactions and contribute to Bolt's industry leadership. Mr. Inghram has more than 20 years of experience in the software and technology industry in the United States, Australia, Canada, and United Kingdom. Prior to joining Bolt, Mr. Inghram was Head of Technical Services at Nuix where he led a global team of experts providing professional services to corporations, law firms, and governments around the world. Before Nuix, Mr. Inghram was Senior Director at FTI Technology, a technology focused division of FTI Consulting. At FTI Consulting, Mr. Inghram’s work focused on enabling international technology partners to become eDiscovery centers of excellence, emphasizing process and workflow for a complete end-to-end solution. Mr. Inghram has also worked at Sprint and EDS in various technical capacities. Mr. Inghram has a masters degree in information systems and a degree in psychology from the University of Missouri-Columbia. In his free time he enjoys spending time traveling with his family and shuttling his 4 kids to sports activities.
