Jay Flaherty is the COO of BeHeard Labs, an AI‑powered Voice of the Customer platform. BeHeard replaces surveys with heart-to-heart conversations customers can have with brands. The company is based in the Bay Area and works with leading brands in QSR, eCommerce, and SaaS. It is backed by True Ventures, Anthropic, Menlo Ventures, and others. Prior to BeHeard, Jay was an executive at Pulse (acqd. Gartner), and an early employee at Samsara (NYSE: IOT). Jay is a graduate of the University of Michigan and lives in the Bay Area.
