He leads product management for Braze's reporting, campaign orchestration, and AI-powered products. Prior to Braze, John founded Inspector 6, a provider of content analytics software. In 2020, Inspector 6 was acquired by Mailchimp, where John led product development for email and AI-powered content creation tools.
