Kim’s first retail venture came at the age of ten when she sold soft pretzels on the sidewalks of Philadelphia. Thirty years later she’s still selling – and having the time of her life innovating in the new mobile, digital, and social media-obsessed entrepreneurial landscape.
As the Director of eCommerce at Harley-Davidson, Kim’s goal is to optimize online sales across North America. She leads cross-functional teams that drive strategy and execution of buying, planning, process improvement, and digital payments.
Kim has built a track record capitalizing on consumer behavior to generate revenue and grow profitability. She is known for talent management and is especially passionate about helping colleagues maximize their strengths and cultivate collaboration. She is a certified coach of Strengths Profile, and is currently earning her Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership at Northeastern University.
Kim had the good fortune to work at a number of specialty retailers including PUMA, ALEX and ANI, J.Jill, Talbots, and May Company – leading teams in support of direct-to-consumer and wholesale businesses.
