Kory Checca is the Senior Director – User Experience Design at Lowe’s Home Improvement in Mooresville, NC.  Leading a team of creatives across Architecture, Research, Design, and Content – the Lowe’s UX team is responsible for anything and everything digital. Under his leadership and direction, the UX function has grown to from a small e-commerce team, to a full-fledged enterprise service design model- covering promotional assets, core commerce, chat/AI as well as the in-store POS and associate-facing applications.
