Kristen Campbell is a Senior Director of Growth Strategy and Merchandising at Renovation Brands, where she leads cross-functional growth initiatives across a portfolio of home improvement and décor brands. With over a decade of experience spanning ecommerce, digital merchandising, product development, and multi-channel retail strategy, Kristen brings a rare blend of analytical rigor and creative vision to the intersection of UX, technology, and commerce. In her current role, Kristen oversees website merchandising, product strategy, and digital experience optimization — driving conversion, elevating brand positioning, and streamlining the path to purchase across DTC, wholesale, and marketplace channels. She is passionate about leveraging emerging technologies, including AI, to automate processes, surface actionable insights, and build more personalized, scalable customer experiences. Before joining Renovation Brands, Kristen served as Vice President of Merchandising at Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams and spent six years at West Elm, where she held progressive roles including Head Merchant of the Global Franchise Division — managing brand strategy across Asia Pacific, Europe, and South America. Her track record includes launching new markets, driving significant revenue growth, and leading complex digital and product transformations. Kristen holds an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology and a B.S. in Fashion Merchandising and Marketing from Mount Ida College.
