Kristen DiCorleto serves as the Head of Marketing at CVS Media Exchange (CMX), where she leads the development and execution of the brand strategy, content initiatives, and positioning for CVS Health’s retail media network. She is also responsible for shaping the go-to-market approach, including sales enablement and learning & development programs.
With over 20 years of experience in marketing and media across the retail and financial services sectors, Kristen played a key role in the successful launch of CMX in 2020, leveraging her expertise in digital marketing.
Kristen’s career includes leadership roles at Staples and Liberty Mutual Insurance, where she spearheaded notable product campaigns such as the Better® Binder, One-Touch Stapler, and a co-branded Winter Olympics campaign with BMW.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management from Regis College and an MBA from Simmons College. As a two-time graduate of women's colleges, Kristen is a passionate advocate for women's leadership and diversity. She is actively involved in organizations like the Interactive Advertising Bureau, Women in Retail Leadership, and the Hingham Women’s Club.
Kristen has received multiple industry honors, including being named to Adweek’s 50 of 2024 for driving growth in an era of change. She was also recognized by She Runs It as a Paradigm Shift honoree and was named a Women of Excellence, Innovator by the Path to Purchase Institute. In 2024, she was awarded the CVS Health Paragon Award for her leadership, innovation, and commitment to enhancing both consumer and colleague experiences.
Kristen lives in the Greater Boston area with her husband, two children, and their goldendoodle, Brinkley.
