Kristi Melani

Kristi Melani, Vice President at Poly, is a marketing executive with over 25 years’ experience in all facets of the marketing landscape. Kristi currently leads the Digital Marketing & Customer Experience organization, overseeing the company’s digital marketing strategy efforts world-wide, managing the overall presence and branding of Poly in all digital footprints. Kristi also leads the events & trade show team, creating innovative strategies to offline engagement with personalization and customer experience at the core. Committed to developing talent, Kristi champions several special task forces focused on emerging leaders and Women in Business. Referred to as someone who pushes the envelope, Kristi leads her organization through transformative times with passion. Kristi empowers those on her team to break some eggs along the way and challenge the status quo. Kristi also serves on the Board of Directors for Goodwill Central Coast where she has led the Marketing Strategic Committee, as well as the Audit Committee. An alumnus of the Women Unlimited program, Kristi is a mentor to over a dozen women in a variety of industries.

Kristi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations from San Jose State University. Now on the client side of the marketing industry for the past 18 years, she had previously worked for almost a decade with agencies in the advertising, public relations and event management fields.

Kristi and her husband are the true definition of the “family of the future” residing in two different households as they raise their blended family 300 miles apart.
