Lindsay Crasnick

Director of Digital Experience + Product Bartaco

Lindsay Crasnick is the Director of Digital Experience & Product at bartaco, where she enjoys diving deep into omnichannel guest and operator experiences across all of the different ways you can bartaco – dine-in, bar, takeout, delivery, or catering. Lindsay joined bartaco in October 2023 and has been leading digital strategy and key initiatives including the launch of the bartaco Catering program, enhancements to the on-demand dine-in ordering platform, and user research efforts. Lindsay transitioned to bartaco after first joining the restaurant-tech space at Panera Bread, where she was a Group Product Manager with a focus on Off-Premise Channels. Before entering the restaurant industry, Lindsay worked across B2C and B2B hospitality at Tripadvisor, and she spent the first half of her career in the CPG industry working at Procter & Gamble. Lindsay is based in the Boston area but is originally from Philadelphia. She is a loyal University of Michigan football fan (Go Blue!), where she did her undergrad, but cheers for her MBA alma mater Duke during basketball season. In her free time, Lindsay loves to travel, paint, read, and explore local hikes with her family
