Mark Murphy is the Senior Director of Digital Marketing & eCommerce at Coldwater Creek, a women’s apparel and footwear brand based in Hingham, MA. In his role, Mark is responsible for full-funnel digital marketing strategy, well as eCommerce Operations, Customer Experience and Web Merchandising.
Prior to his position at Coldwater Creek, Mark served as the Director of Digital Marketing & eCommerce at Ariat International in San Francisco, CA. While in this role, Mark was able to drive triple-digit revenue growth for Ariat.com through delivery of a brand-new site experience on Salesforce Commerce Cloud, strategic partnerships with 3rd party eCommerce organizations and execution of a best-in-class digital acquisition strategy. Mark holds an MBA from the University of Colorado and a BA in Marketing from Ithaca College.
