Mayank Mehta is the co-founder & CEO of BeHeard Labs, an AI‑powered Voice of the Customer platform. BeHeard replaces surveys with heart-to-heart conversations customers can have with brands. The company is based in the Bay Area and works with leading brands in QSR, eCommerce, and SaaS. It is backed by True Ventures, Anthropic, Menlo Ventures, and others. Prior to BeHeard, Mayank founded Pulse (acqd. Gartner), Cooliris (acqd. Yahoo!), and Ambient Technologies (acqd. Zeos). Mayank is an EE (McGill University) and MBA (University of Pennsylvania) and lives in the Bay Area with his wife, two daughters, and goldendoodle.
