Melissa Dunn is a passionate marketer who brings nearly 20 years of experience building brands and driving ROI for Clients. She believes that the consumer is at the core of everything and she uses a data-driven approach to connect with audiences across messaging, content and media channels. Most recently Melissa was the VP, Customer Engagement and Marketing at an AI, SaaS startup called Plutoshift where she led 10+ customers. Prior to that, she worked at digital first agencies where she led full funnel campaigns driving both awareness and acquisition goals. At iCrossing, a performance marketing agency, she helped Clients use data and analytics to drive results through media (SEM, Social, Display/Programmatic, etc.), creative campaigns and test-and-learn strategies. She has also built many websites. Her work helped DirecTV NOW achieve 1MM subscribers in its first year and the NBA increased subscriptions by 30% YoY for International League Pass.
