Meredith English Holder is CEO of Fracture, a premium direct-to-consumer brand of frameless glass photo prints expanding across wholesale and retail. She joined in 2024 to lead the company's next chapter of growth. Before Fracture, Meredith held leadership roles at Crocs, HEYDUDE, and Daily Harvest, and advised early- and growth-stage consumer companies. She began her career at L.E.K. Consulting in the Retail & Consumer Products practice. Meredith holds a BS in International Business & Finance from Georgetown University and an MBA from Harvard Business School, where she was a Baker Scholar. She lives in Massachusetts with her family.
