Before joining Girls Inc., Natalie spent over 20 years working in the local nonprofit sector. Her most recent position was CEO of Strong Women, Strong Girls, where they focus on intergenerational mentorship for elementary school girls, college girls, and professional women. Natalie is also Management Faculty at the Institute for Nonprofit Practice, where she equips social impact leaders to effectively lead, advance justice, and make their organizations more effective, innovative, and sustainable. Her passion is making a difference, building new programs, and supporting organizational growth.
