Pawan Verma

EVP, Global Chief Information and Customer Connectivity Officer Foot Locker

Pawan Verma currently serves as the EVP, Global Chief Information and Customer Experience Officer at Foot Locker Inc.  In his role, he leads multiple teams and business capabilities across the Global -Technology, Digital, Mobile, Data, Digital Marketing and Operations, Loyalty , Supply Chain, Customer Experience and  Care functions.

Prior to Foot Locker, he served as VP of Digital and Marketing Technology at Target Corporation, leading Mobility, Data, Cloud Engineering, Business Capabilities and API Platforms and Mobile Development. He also led multiple Engineering, Web, Mobile, Product Development and Technology Strategy teams in his leadership role at Verizon Wireless, exemplifying his work beyond the retail industry, as well as roles in the Networking, Media and Life-Sciences industries.

Pawan received his MBA from Kent State (Ohio) University, and his Master’s in Computer Application with a major in Software Engineering from the College of Engineering in Aurangabad, India.

He is a strong advocate for open source technologies and is extremely passionate about Big Data and AI. His teams strive to create business value through the use of Data, Cloud and DevOps, with a spirit of continuous integration, delivery and improvement.
