Rachel (Lawton) Dudley is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital marketing and customer relationship management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Global CRM at Sonos, Inc. since July 2016, Rachel has held multiple roles within the company, including Director of Global Customer Engagement & Retention and Global Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Lead. Additionally, Rachel contributes to the Playworks Leadership Board and previously held an advisory role at ThreeMain. Prior positions include Global Digital Content Manager at Converse, Senior Social Media Strategist at SHOES.COM, and Account Executive/Planner/Social Strategist at AMP Agency. Rachel holds a Business & Data Analytics Certificate from The Wharton School and a Bachelor’s degree in Media Communications from Roger Williams University
