She oversees pricing, merchandising, revenue, retention, and partnerships. Previously, Reba was Chief of Staff and continues to be a strategic advisor to the CEO. She joined ButcherBox in 2017 from Ernst & Young where she guided clients through change management and organizational design. She earned her B.S. in Accounting and Sociology from Boston College.
