Rick leads supplier order management, pricing, order to cash and e-procurement integration features for the ZAGENO marketplace platform. ZAGENO exists so research scientists can spend more time on science by making smart, streamlined purchasing decisions through our B2B marketplace platform.

Prior to ZAGENO, Rick led B2B e-commerce at IBM for almost a decade. During this time, he led product management for IBM's e-commerce platforms that orchestrated ordering, billing and fulfillment through dozens of both owned and unowned B2B marketplaces. He also oversaw five direct and distribution e-commerce channels as well as IBM’s software fulfillment experience.
