EVP, Chief Digital and Customer Experience Officer The Vitamin Shoppe

Stacey Renfro is a seasoned retail executive with more than 25 years of experience in e- commerce, marketing, stores, planning, and merchandising.

In 2018, Stacey joined The Vitamin Shoppe to lead the growth and transformation of the brand by focusing on quality, expertise, personalization, and innovation. As the EVP, Chief Digital and Customer Experience Officer, she leads digital, marketing, creative, and the overall customer experience across all selling channels.

Stacey held several leadership positions at Pier 1 Imports prior to joining The Vitamin Shoppe, including EVP, Planning & Allocation, as well as Senior Vice President of e- commerce. Stacey joined Pier 1 Imports in 2013 to re-launch the online business in a true omni-channel fashion, and within five years, she led the growth of Pier1.com from $30M to over $450M.

Prior to Pier 1 Imports, Stacey served as the divisional vice president of e-commerce at JCPenney, where she led nearly a billion-dollar business. During her time at JCPenney, she held multiple leadership positions within the merchandise planning and e- commerce organizations.

Before JCPenney, Stacey held various roles at HSN, OshKosh B’Gosh, Old Navy, and Sears. In 2017, Stacey was recognized as one of the top women in retail, and in 2016 was recognized as one of the top 10 women in retail technology.

Stacey has served on the Board of Directors for City House, a children’s organization with the primary mission of helping at-risk children and young adults who have been abused, neglected, or are homeless. She is an active member in the digital retailing community, serving as the co-chair for the National Retail Federation’s Digital Council and a member of the NRF Digital Advisory board. She has also been active on the Board of Governors for The University of North Texas (UNT) College of Merchandising, Hospitality and Tourism, as well as their Digital Retailing Think Tank. Stacey received her Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Va.
