Most recently, as CMO of Crayola, she led enterprise brand strategy, marketing, education, partnerships, and interactive and experiential businesses, and launched Crayola Studios to expand the brand into new content and IP opportunities.
Prior to Crayola, Victoria served in marketing and general management roles with leading consumer goods companies including Cadbury, Pfizer, Warner-Lambert, and The Clorox Company.
Victoria’s leadership has been recognized by Forbes Top 50 Entrepreneurial CMOs, Fast Company CMO of the Year, and Campaign US 40 Over 40. She speaks frequently on brand leadership and enterprise growth, including at ANA Masters of Marketing and Adweek Brandweek, and has appeared on platforms including The Speed of Culture and The CMO Podcast.
She holds an MBA from New York University and serves on the board of The Children's Home of Easton
