Refund Sniper was founded in 2016 by Noah Gross. Frustrated by inconsistent profits in his spice company’s high-volume Amazon FBA sales department, Noah sat down to figure out what was going on. What he learned shocked him- Amazon was mishandling his inventory to the tune of tens of thousands of dollars of losses – losses that were the difference between success and failure for the department.

Armed with a couple of complicated Excel formulas and stock reporting from Amazon, Noah successfully identified and recovered his own lost or misplaced inventory. Then he did it for a friend, and then the friend’s friend, and the rest is history.

Today, Refund Sniper utilizes proprietary software to assist over 800 amazon sellers reconcile their Amazon FBA inventory, including some of the largest sellers in the business. With a team of inventory analysts and data engineers constantly updating the algorithms, the company continues to be on the forefront of accurate inventory audit and recovery for Amazon sellers.
