Bill Hanifin has a 20+ year career in Customer Loyalty and Engagement and has worked with well-recognized brands including American Express, Circle K, Denny’s, Lucky Brands, Master Card, Maverik, McGraw Hill, Panera Bread, PepsiCo, Redbox, 7-Eleven, Scotiabank, Shell, Visa, and many more. Bill has led the progression of customer loyalty from its early days of points and miles programs to the modern enterprise approach to customer centricity which creates long term value in customer groups and increases profitability and shareholder value for business. Bill has worked with brands across multiple vertical markets and geographies and is passionate about understanding the driving forces of customer engagement and consumer purchase decision making. His financial background led to the development of a unique set of tools and financial models that help brands ensure they achieve positive ROI with their investment in customer marketing. Bill is an accomplished speaker and trainer and has participated in numerous industry events around the world as a workshop facilitator and keynote speaker. Bill is a resident of South Florida, where he and his family have lived for many years. He is an avid outdoorsman and endurance athlete, having sparked some of his best ideas while on a long run, bike or open water swim.
