Caitlin Conway is a creative and analytical professional with over ten years of experience in executing complex projects and leading strategic partnerships across merchandising, brand licensing, and go-to-market planning.

Caitlin joined Clarks in August 2022 and hit the ground running on several large scale, highly collaborative projects such as Social Commerce enablement, CRM and Loyalty, and Consumer Experience Optimization. In this role, Caitlin sits at the intersection of Ecommerce, Marketing, and Technology and excels at building cross functional relationships to develop strategic plans and advance business initiatives. Her overarching goal is to create seamless and memorable experiences for consumers across the omnichannel purchasing journey.

Caitlin has spent the majority of her career within the footwear industry- first on the Finance team at New Balance and then as a Brand Licensing Manager at Reebok. Prior to joining Clarks, she worked in Content Management and Merchandising at Wayfair.
