Gabrielle Fonrouge is a retail reporter for CNBC. She covers a wide assortment of companies with a focus on DTC and digitally native retailers and brands. Fonrouge is an investigative journalist whose reporting has changed laws and garnered a series of awards. She has reported from Germany, Puerto Rico, the southern border of Mexico and just about every pocket of the U.S. She regularly speaks about her work and has appeared on CNBC, NBC News Now, NPR, Fox News, Investigation Discovery and Oxygen, among other outlets. Fonrouge graduated summa cum laude from St. John’s University with a degree in mass communications and a minor in social justice.
