He is responsible for familiarizing prospective customers with the YourAnswer service and identifying their pain points, as well as finding solutions to help solve critical business issues pertaining to User Experience (UI/UX) and mobile search. John has worked in the e-commerce technology space for 10 years and has helped Internet Retailer Top 500 customers achieve success throughout his career. John currently lives in Denver, Colorado, where he enjoys attending sporting events and the outdoors.
