Kelsey Knight has a passion for retail strategy and puts her skills to the test daily as the Chief Commercial Officer of Slumberkins, a children’s brand on a mission to raise the next generation of caring, confident, and resilient kids. She leads the charge in any professional setting with her experience analyzing business strategies, building and leading teams, and working collaboratively to get things done while reaching financial goals. Kelsey has full P&L ownership of distribution channels including DTC websites, Amazon, and other marketplaces. She has extensive experience with budgeting and forecasting and works cross-functionally to create, plan, and implement digital strategies to drive profitable growth. As a proud two-time graduate of the University of South Florida, Kelsey earned her Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications and her Master of Business Administration with a dual-concentration in Marketing and Management. As a lifelong learner, Kelsey is persistently pursuing opportunities to broaden her knowledge and experience new challenges. Her most recent completion was the graduate-level Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion in the Workplace certificate which focused on essential practices and tools designed to increase employee diversity and to create a business model that embraces equity and inclusion. Kelsey also enjoys public speaking on topics like e-commerce, leadership, and marketing. She has spoken on topics like customer loyalty, lowering paid acquisition costs, and leading through tumultuous times. Kelsey strives to create positive impacts, both professionally and personally and loves mentoring the next generation as they enter the workforce.
