Lindsay McClelland is a passionate marketing leader with deep expertise in building authentic and engaged brand communities. As the VP of Brand Marketing at Little Sleepies, Lindsay has played a pivotal role in scaling the company from its early startup phase as the first marketing hire to the leading e-commerce brand in children’s apparel, growing revenue and customer base exponentially and expanding its VIP brand Facebook community from 30K to nearly 500K members. With more than 15 years of experience in brand strategy, content marketing, and customer engagement, Lindsay has a track record of turning audiences into loyal brand advocates. She has led influencer and community-driven marketing efforts, launched high-impact partnerships with Disney, Warner Bros., and BBC (Bluey), and developed customer acquisition strategies that drive both engagement and lifetime value. Outside of work, Lindsay is a mom to a five year old boy, 30-time marathoner, six-time Boston Marathon finisher, and a certified yoga instructor and run coach, bringing the same discipline and passion to her marketing strategies as she does to motherhood and leading others on the roads and trails.
