Shardé Marchewski is the Global Head of DEI at Wayfair. She has a broad scope that spans Wayfair’s Talent, Commercial and Social Impact organizations. Her primary focus is ensuring that Wayfair is an inclusive organization. From the Talent side she ensures that all individuals experience an equitable employee journey and from the Commercial side she ensures that diverse-owned businesses are included in our broader platform strategy. Sharde has been at Wayfair for over 5 years and began her career at the company in Category Management. Prior to Wayfair, Shardé had a career in Investment Banking covering the Consumer Retail industry. Shardé has a B.A. in Economics from Spelman College and an M.B.A. from Vanderbilt Owen Graduate School of Management. She lives in Boston with her husband and three kids.
