We're so excited to welcome you to our upcoming eTail events! To help ensure a smooth, enjoyable, and safe experience for everyone onsite, we’ll be strictly enforcing our updated badge policy. Your cooperation is key to maintaining the integrity of the event and keeping our community safe.
Updated policy:
- Photo ID Required: A valid, government-issued photo ID is required to pick up your badge.
- Personal Pickup Only: Each attendee must pick up their own badge. Badges may not be collected on behalf of others under any circumstances.
- Badge Presentation: Badges must be worn and visible at all times during the event. eTail reserves the right to deny entry to anyone who is not wearing their badge properly.
- Event Wristband Required: An event wristband, in addition to your badge, must be worn at all times to access event spaces.
- Non-Transferable: Badges are non-transferable. Name changes will not be permitted after a badge has been issued.
- On-Site ID Checks: Attendees may be asked at any time to present a photo ID to confirm badge identity. Failure to provide proper identification upon request may result in removal from the event and revocation of your badge.
- Badge Misuse: Sharing or attempting to use another person’s badge is strictly prohibited. Violators will be removed from the event, badges will be revoked, and no reprints or refunds will be issued.
- No Badge Reprints: Lost badges will not be reprinted. Attendees are responsible for the care and safekeeping of their badges at all times.
- No Refunds: Badges that are revoked for policy violations are not eligible for refunds, deferrals, or credits.
