With the retail landscape undergoing massive changes across the globe, he focuses on creating a profitability based omnichannel solution that analyzes customer journey across various buying stages and helps businesses acquire the right customers. He also works on generating the real value proposition from various machine learning and AI-based solutions in the paid media space by leveraging retail insights.
