The Visionary Awards are your chance to nominate your fellow retail leaders who have succeeded in the categories of social media marketing, omnichannel, AI implementation and brand collaborations.

Our awards will be a fantastic way to recognize the game changing ways that your peers are approaching digital marketing and eCommerce. Nominating colleagues or clients for a Visionary Award is a great opportunity recognize their hard work, while also celebrating your successes. The winners of each category are announced and showcased at the annual eTail Boston conference that takes place in August.

Our 2025 Categories:

This award celebrates the company that has most successfully integrated artificial intelligence into their operations, resulting in measurable improvements to the customer experience, operational efficiency, or bottom line. The winning implementation could range from advanced personalization algorithms and chatbots to predictive analytics and supply chain optimization.

  5. Category Three: Strongest Brand Collaboration
  6. This award honors the most impactful and innovative collaboration between two or more brands in the ecommerce space. The winning partnership will be recognized for its creativity, strategic alignment, and tangible results, such as increased brand awareness, enhanced customer engagement, or significant revenue growth.

  7. Category Four: Best 360 Customer Experience
  8. This award recognizes the ecommerce company that has delivered the most seamless, engaging, and comprehensive customer experience across all touchpoints. The winner will be chosen based on their ability to integrate technology, service, and storytelling to create a cohesive journey that delights customers from discovery to post-purchase support.
