Meghan is the CMO of State Bags, the family bag brand that’s on a mission to support American families in need in the ways they need it most. In her role, she oversees all growth and brand marketing efforts. Meghan is focused on balancing revenue growth while driving profitability for the fast-growing brand. She has a talent for building high-performance teams and creating a positive team culture. Prior to joining STATE in 2020, Meghan served as a brand and growth marketing consultant for leading brands, including American Express, Oatly, and Sweetgreen, among others. Before that, she was the Director of Development for the luxury hotel group Auberge Resorts, where she built out the business models and concepts for all new hotel projects. Meghan graduated with a bachelor's degree with honors from Georgetown University and earned an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.
